- Not Stuart, but a nice tribute....

I am a hardcore Big Country fan of over 27 years and I liked this album, Tony is not Stuart( and he doesn't pretend to be ), but I see this album as more of a tribute to the memory of Stuart versus just a new Big Country album. Tony does a good( not great )job of filling in as the vocalist on these tracks. If your a hardcore fan( not many of us in the U.S. ) then you should hear it, but if you are more of a "newbie" interested in Big Country buy "The Crossing", "Steeltown" and "The Seer" first. I was just so excited to hear some new recordings from the surviving members of the band( even though all but one song are old ones ). I'm glad these guys have continued on and are helping keep the memory of one of the greatest musician/songwriters in music history alive....I hope you are finally at peace Stuart Adamson, the world was a better place with you in it.....
