- The Sabbath Singles
Who knew Sabbath had singles!
I always bought there albums and now we got this collection of singles from around the world.
If you own all there CD's you won't really need this because there ain't any NON-LP B-SIDES included.
But the package itself is good if your a collecter and want it all.
Each CD has two songs just like an old 45.
Play them all one after another and you got a good listen throughout the years.
I give it four stars only because there was no bonus songs we could listen to.
Other then that is pretty good.

- A collectors item, cool package, Great companion to Import Cd collection
This set is a collection of 6 popular singles released by Black Sabbath from 1970-1978 (note list above, song 1 on the Cd is the A side and 2 would have been "the B side). Included is a nice mini poster of the cover art of different singles released around the world. Unfortunately, for 6 Cds, only 12 songs total in this set. They are packaged in the Neat replica Cd sleeves. This is a great companion to the Import Black Sabbath Replica CD collection. Not a necessity for a Sabbath fan, but for a Hardcore sabbath fan, this is a cool little addition to the collection. I was hoping that they may release a second box of other singles sabbath had, but in 5 years it hasn't happend.

- 6 singles, Interesting Art. *Collectable only*
Let's get one thing straight right away. If you are looking for some cool Art, and pictures of classic Sabbath Singles, then this is what you want. If you are looking for more Black Sabbath music, this is not it! This Box set has in it 6 disc with each in paper sleeves with a classic Single cover on both sides of the Single Sleeve. This box set comes with a poster that has small images of 48 singles. Then theres a ad paper in the box for the Miniature Lps Replics for cd.My toughest issue in doing a review for this was on what to judge. I'm pretty sure that most are not planning on playing the cd's all that much. So I focused this review on details tht may interest a person looking to buy this. This Box set is purely a collectable for Black Sabbath fans. Plain and Simple. I would never suggest this to someone getting into Black Sabbath. There are Best of's out there already that could do that a lot better. But my overall review number "5 Stars" is Clearly aimed at a Black Sabbath Fan that wants it all. I wont bother Rating the discs. Heres reviews of the songs. {Disc: 1}- 1. Evil Woman (From "Black Sabbath")- A Good song. a Classic Rock/jazz thing.2. Wicked World (From "Black Sabbath")- Bluesy Doomy song. Gotta love it! {Disc: 2}1. Paranoid (From "Paranoid")- The Song that became they biggest single.2. Wizard (From "Black Sabbath")- Very underated song by them. {Disc: 3}1. Tomorrow's Dream (From "Vol. 4")- Cool Song, that had the classic Black Sabbath Spirit.2. Laguna Sunrise (From "Vol. 4)- An Instrumental, that features very good guitar playing by Tony. {Disc: 4}1. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (From "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath")- Cool song without a doubt. 2. Changes (From "Vol. 4)- Sad soft song with piano. {Disc: 5}1. Never Say Die (From "Never Say Die")- Middle of the Road type song. 2. She's Gone (From "Technical Ecstasy")- Very Soft sad song. {Disc: 6}1. Hard Road (From "Never Say Die")- The last single for Black Sabbath (With Ozzy), this makes perfect sense. 2. Symptom of the Universe (From "Sabotage")- A good angry song. If you are wanting to Get into Black Sabbath, I would suggest not buy this right now, Instead buy a best of, or if you have the money buy the remasters which are sold in a Box Set right now. I suggest the new Warner (USA) remasters instead of the castle remasters. Whatever you do, don't buy the albums not remastered.
