Lugar: The Orange Peel Bleeding Through is synonymous with the blending of classic death metal, symphonic black metal and just a taste of the angry energy and do-it-yourself spirit of the hardcore scene. The group emerged from the underground to sell a combined quarter of a million copies of their last two albums: Declaration, their new album, is more extreme. Declaration is heavier, darker, angrier, faster and more epic than anything in the band's already impressive catalog. The follow-up to The Truth (2006) and This is Love, This is Murderous (2003) was produced by Devin Townsend in Vancouver, British Columbia. Like many metalcore bands, Bleeding Through shows a trace of the Swedish melodic death metal influence. It is the most apparent on Dust to Ashes, while with time the band's music got gradually more and more melodic, with the latest album being the most melodic to date, even containing a power ballad, a novelty for the band. Declaration is incredibly dense, layered and full of atmosphere, recalling the finest moments of classic death metal, black metal and hardcore.

Zambooie.com & Revolver Magazine Present The "Declaration" Tour, the first U.S. headlining trek from Orange County's Bleeding Through in over three years. Joining Bleeding Through on the dates will be Acacia Strain, As Blood Runs Black and Impending Doom. The US leg of the "Declaration" tour will follow the band's Australian tour, which features Between The Buried And Me, As Blood Runs Black and In Trenches. This is the first Bleeding Through US headlining tour since "The Truth" Tour in 2006, which featured support from Every Time I Die, Between The Buried And Me and Haste The Day. Since "The Truth" tour and the release of the album of the same name, Bleeding Through has spent the last three years on the road as a second stage headliner on Ozzfest and on tour with Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Senses Fail and HIM and the the Soundwave Festival in Australia, as well as their first ever shows in Mexico (as part of the first ever Mexico City Warped Tour date with Underoath) and Southeast Asia. Bleeding Through recently completed the No Fear Tour with Bullet For My Valentine in the US. They are in Europe with Bullet and Lacuna Coil through the end of the year and will stop to play their first ever Russian shows before coming home.
