Covenant's 1999 Euro ep is the little sister of their Europa lp. Tracks are TENSION-Club Version (lyrics are a little outdated, as the subject is Pre-millenial tension, but still an excellant ebm song), CONSUMER (an extrememly icy sounding track, very minimalistic with a drifiting through space alone feel, the reason to buy the ep, vocals are incredible), GO FILM-Hard Version; Soft Version (tracks are nearly identical to the untrained ebm ear, but two very excellent songs, with rather original lyrics, very catchy), GO FILM and TENSION - the Disco Calculi remixes (very boring, monotanous songs, more for the techno fan), and finally TENSION-Old Skool Edit (under 2 min, very Front242-esque, neat little ditty). I'd recommend this to someone who is already a Covenant fan, but is a cheap way to get into on of the finest ebm/dark intelectual electronic groups present.
