A little heavy on bass and I am not sure if it came from an analog source or a digital. Date on the cassette was 1988. Only analog people would buy a cassette and we want analog sources (original magnetic tapes). It is ccr, however, and there are good songs on this cassette.
Creedence Clearwater Revival, Rollin' on the River.
This Creedence album has been around on cassette since 1988.
The hits on this album are: 1.) Proud Mary, 3.)Travelin' Band, 6.) Green River. Another good song on the album is: 4.) Poorboy Shuffle, an instrumental (harmonica) with a good beat. A lesser shuffle music song is: 5.) Feelin' Blue. The rest of the album is rather forgettable music reminiscent of the 1970's, with endless electric guitar riffs and electric organ music. That stuff was annoying and tedious back then and it did not improve with age.
This is not a greatest hits album, so you have to take the bad along with the good. Five good songs out of nine is OK.
