Dave Matthews Band (also known by the acronym DMB) is a United States rock band formed in 1991 by singer, songwriter, and guitarist Dave Matthews. They won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal in 1997 for the song for “So Much to Say”.
