Absolutely one of the Best Dimmu albums of all time!! Out of all My Dimmu albums both classic and up to the present day I would honestly say this album is the one that gets listened to the most. Every single song is an absolute Black Metal classic!! with tracks like: "Mourning Place" (My personal favorite Dimmu Borgir song of all time),"Master of Disharmony","Succubus In Rapture", and "In Death Embrace" You simply can't go wrong!! Although the original CD has only 10 tracks total there are actually 14 tracks on this "Deluxe" version (4 of them bonus tracks) plus this CD is "Enhanced" so You can download skins and wallpaper for Your laptop or PC and there is much more!! This 1997 breakthrough album was recorded by Hypocrisy Frontman: Peter Tagtgren and the production value on the original 10 tracks plus the 4 bonus tracks is absolutely spectacular!! Like the original, this album is thick with dark ,cold atmosphere and the music is both very technical and full of force. Shagrath's vocals on this album are absolutely top notch (one listen to "Mourning Palace" and You will see what I mean). Since the description is incorrect at the top, here are the 4 additional bonus tracks You get: track 11.) "Raabjorn Speiler Draugheimens Skodde"(Mirrored In The Mist Of Draugheimen), track 12.)) "Moonchild Domain", track 13.) "Hunnerkongens Sorgsvarte Ferd Over Steppene"(The King Of The Huns' Sorrowful Black Journey Over The Plains), track 14.)"Chaos Without Prophecy". If You have been thinking about picking up this album or replacing a worn out copy I recommend you get this "Deluxe" version. In 2008 Nuclear Blast re-released this album in a "Reloaded" version this is also "Enhanced" but I really am not sure if You get the 4 bonus tracks or not so this "Deluxe" version might be the better option just in case. I highly recommend this album to ALL Dimmu fans both old and new who do not already have a copy and to all fans of the Black Metal scene this is a True Norwegian Black Metal Masterpiece!!! I hope this review was helpful to You and feel free to check out My other Dimmu and a Black Metal Band reviews!!! HAIL DIMMU!!
