The lineup for the annual Celebrate Brooklyn! concert series in Prospect Park, has been announced. It kicks off with a Jimmy Cliff show on June 5. While most of the shows are free, BRIC Arts Media Brooklyn also puts on ticketed benefit concerts as part of the series. This year's ticketed concerts include Danny Brown and Schoolboy Q on June 26, Dirty Projectors, Wye Oak and Purity Ring on July 10 ...

Pop Etc: "Everything Is Gone" (via SoundCloud ) POP ETC , the atmospheric indie pop group formerly known as the Morning Benders , will join Dirty Projectors ' North American tour in August. (Purity Ring and Wye Oak will open earlier dates.) The tour will come just under two months after the release of POP ETC's self-titled record, out June 12 in the U.S. and June 11 in the UK via Rough Trade .
