- FINALLY A GREAT LIVE ECHO CD

Finally a great live album representing the god head that is Echo. Recorded in London this captures the band in its prime. All the hits are here plus more. An outstanding version of KILLING MOON.

- A real treat

3.5 stars

Live albums are a mixed bag for me -- a lot of times it's tough not to feel you're only listening to inferior versions of the songs you know and love. When I first played this CD that was my feeling of disappointment... but months after I first purchased the CD, I put it in the CD player in the car, not expecting anything great, and really enjoyed it. What happened? I think if you put this CD on without the expectation that these songs are somehow going to match the band's studio versions, it's a really good listen.

The band covers many periods of their career including songs from the recent, and very great CD, "Siberia". It's a live performance that makes it seem as if the band is enjoying themselves also. I would now consider this the best live recording I've heard from the band and also one of the most enjoyable live CDs I've heard period.

- Great live recording!

I've listened to this band's music since first hearing them in the early 1980s. So I found it refreshing after having "forgotten" them for many years to hear this live recording as a new for me twist on their music. I really like this album because it has a few tracks that I've not heard, and the honesty of the live recording comes shining through.

I liked the cd, but some of the tracks were less then the studio version.

It was just ok.
