DETROIT (AP) - Former Parliament-Funkadelic and Brainstorm singer Belita Woods has died in Detroit. She was 63. Longtime friend and caregiver Joycelyn Goins says Woods died Monday of heart failure at St. John Hospital & Medical Center.
