Conciertos de Gallows 2012

Nadat het Amerikaanse punkrockgezelschap Rise Against in maart 2011 een verpletterende show gaf in een uitverkocht 013 komt de band in juni 2012 terug. De groep uit Chicago vereert op dinsdag 12 juni het Tilburgse 013 wederom met een bezoek. Dit zal het enige optreden op Nederlandse bodem zijn. Opgericht in 1999 is de band inmiddels uitgegroeid tot één van ’s werelds beste en populairste acts in het genre.

O Porto vai receber a visita dos explosivos Gallows para uma noite de peso, dia 16 de Junho no Hard Club. A banda inglesa vem apresentar o novo EP, "Death is Birth", editado em Dezembro do ano passado.

Dignos descendentes do punk hardcore britânico, os Gallows formaram-se em 2005 e rapidamente editaram o disco de estreia, "Orchestra of Wolves" (2006). A atenção gerada pelo álbum extravasou o circuito underground inglês, com o New Musical Express (NME) a atribuir-lhe a classificação de 9/10.

Três anos volvidos chegou o segundo longa-duração, "Grey Britain", que entrou directamente para o top 20 de vendas no Reino Unido. A crítica voltou a ser unânime nos elogios e levaram para casa o galardão de melhor disco de 2009 para a prestigiada Kerrang!.
