Shit slams." The group's last full-length studio release was 2002's Worship And Tribute.

Real World's Melissa Howard Beck Expecting First ChildLester Cohen/WireImage Real World: New Orleans alum Melissa Howard Beck has announced via her blog that she is expecting her first child with a simple "Knock, knock. Who's there? I'm pregnant" post. For Melissa and husband Justin Beck of the band Glassjaw, conceiving was far from easy. She blogged on April 24th that they were in the process of being tested, although Melissa, 31, had "hope that we are okay and that we are just stressed out or something." The first step -- and one that "was a big sacrifice in terms of my vanity" -- was for Melissa to stop taking the pill and for her body to prepare itself for pregnancy. According to Melissa, her "body forgot how to get pregnant and so I needed to re-train it by quitting." Along with "brutal skin," severe cramps, and heavy bleeding, which Melissa says made her feel like she was back in 8th grade, the reality star admitted to thinking how badly she really wanted a child. After trying to conceive for two years and still no baby in sight, Melissa made an appointment with an OBGYN, joking that she was "like the Russian waxing lady at H salon in L.A" with a month-long waiting list! Arriving at the doctors office "armed with all kinds of information," the Girls Behaving Badly star followed doctors orders and soon found herself picking up "the special Tupperware for the sperm collection so that my husband wouldn't have to handle his business in a scary little cubicle." Later, when the couple were racing to several labs, only to find out that none would accept their sample, Melissa admits that driving around with "sperm left in the backseat to perish," was "funny at first, and then upon further analysis, I realized was really gross. I asked him politely to do something with [it] please. He dumped it down the kitchen sink." So far, Melissa has not revealed how far along she is or a possible due date.
