Hawthorne Heights Album: “Skeletons”

I'm a HUGE fan of HH, and have been for a few years now. the song "Bring you Back" is brilliant and heartful, because of what and who it's about. I looked for days in stores for this album before giving in and getting it online.

sounds really good! their back to their old sound with the exception of the screaming. all their fans will miss Casey's vocals, and continue to support Hawthorne Heights. If you enjoyed their first two albums Silence In Black And White and If Only You Were Lonely, then you will enjoy this too. it's much different from their 3rd album Fragile Future, which has more of a pop/punk quality. Skeletons has a good balance between instrumentals and vocals with very imagerial and poetic lyrics for their dark love songs.

If you would have told me 5 years ago that I would be buying an HH album, I would have laughed in your face. Then, I heard the first single, "Nervous Breakdown" and I was hooked. This is without a doubt their best album, and this should have been the album that got them huge on MTV.

I just want to know what happened to the original HH!?!?!? I could listen to there first album through and through and loved every second of it. And ever since them they have slowly continued to go downhill. The second album was ok! The third album was the biggest dissapointment. I was actually deployed and had my wife buy it and send it to me and I was let down like you wouldnt believe. Wheres the screaming? The darkness? The unique sound? The MUSIC??? Somewhere along the line HH lost there way. Hopefully they will find it before its to late!!!
