Héroes del silencio Album: “Para Siempre”

This is probably the album that has meant more than a lot to me since the very first spin. My devotion to Heroes del Silencio grew from this album, and there are a few reasons. Heroes del Silencio was a band that had a few phases during their active life. Their first albums were more Post Punk oriented, bands like U2 or The Mission UK comes to mind. After "El Espíritu del Vino", they went on a harder wave, probably influenced by all the Grunge/Alternative fad from early/mid 90's. In "Parasiempre", they were able to seize their best songs from both periods and make them sound flawlessly even. Besides, Bunbury never sounded better, for his voice is so powerful that studio recordings sometimes makes it no justice. If you're a fan and don't have this: shame on you! If you're still to discover one of the greatest Latin Rock bands ever, "Parasiempre" is in my opinion the best way to begin. Don't forget this words when "Maradentro" gets you all misty and goosebump-y.

Qué podrías decir de los heroes! No hay tiempo para describir su música porque cualquier cosa que se diga no es suficiente. Yo nunca he sido fanático del rock pero Enrique Bunbury realmente te lleva fuera de este mundo con su música, desde cualquier punto de vista, que es de una calidad tal que no te cansarás de escucharlos. Basta con leer los reviews de este disco para que entiendas a que me refiero. Sólo no tomes en cuenta el review de Alfonso Clemente (el mierdoso ese) (he's the boring). No se en que estaría pensando cuando escribio tanta cochinada.

I think this album is the best, I think they show us their streght in concerts. I recomend you buy it, the electric guitars, Pedro andreu in the drums, they're the best. Don't bother about their singer Bunbury.

Para que desgastarse en elogios, basta con escuchar la energia de MALDITO DUENDE o la filosofia poetica de LA CHISPA ADECUADA y ni hablar de su capacidad interpretativa y compositiva. Dejemos que el espiritu del vino con una sus rarezas se venga en una avalancha dejando para siempre encendida la chispa adecuada.

En mi opinión, un grupo demuestra su aptitud en los conciertos. En este disco HEROES deja patente su clase con un directo espeluznante, mejorando sus versiones de estudio. Cómprenlo. Buy it. The singer has a very special voice, and the music is great. They sometimes remind me of Pearl Jam
