- Worth the cash

Whene I saw the track listings for this alblum I almost didn't order it but Im glad I did. I wasn't overly impressed with Wrack and Ruin and my favorite songs off Signis weren't on this alblum. There is only one song from Sangre Hirvante on here, which also dissapointed me.

But I was right to get this alblum anyway. For one the songs from Wrack and Ruin are much better on this alblum then the orginal. Born to be Hated hits like a hammer and Erics vocals are much harsher and rawer then on the studio alblums. Spirits of Crime also has a much harsher agressive feel then on it's orginal alblum. Poltergeist as always kicks butt. My favorite tracks though on this alblum are forgotten tears and untold blasphemies which are the last songs on the alblum. But what this alblum did more then anything was get me to listen to Wrack and Ruin again and finally enjoy it all the way through.

So while many songs I wouldn't have called favorites are on this alblum I must say that done live they rock. I truly belive Eric sounds better live then on studio recordings. His studio voice almost is a whisper, but live you hear him screaming and his full range is great. While I would have loved to have heard Spit as an Offence or even better, Nothing Back on this alblum Im more then happy to have it as it is. So Id say this is a must have for any Hocico fan.
