Disco de Hootie & The Blowfish: “Live in Charleston”
 Descripción (en inglés) :
In the mid-1990s, Hootie & the Blowfish achieved near superstardom boasting a sound that was equal parts Southern-fried blues rock, jam band grooves, and MOR pop. A decade later, the foursome, led by the unmistakable voice of Darius Rucker, are captured on stage in their home state with LIVE IN CHARLESTON. The set is anchored by stirring versions of hits such as "Hold My Hand" and "Let Her Cry," and features a soulful cover of the Tom Waits classic "I Hope That I Don't Fall In Love With You," The boys smartly close things out with a rousing rendition of their anthem "Only Wanna Be With You."

- Rockin' better than ever!
Get this CD (and DVD too)! It has the hits and coupled with the energy of a live performance it brings the songs to a higher level. I was lucky enough to see them during this tour and liked it better than their tours during their heyday in the mid-90's. Leave the "band du jour masses" and stick with an honest band with heart still producing excellent music!

- My secret guilty pleasure
Although I typically prefer my music to come for the 60's and 70's, I have to say that Hootie and the Blowfish are my secret guilty pleasure. I just love this band. Love the songs, the members, the voices - just the whole package. I also prefer Live recordings versus studio recordings. I have everything I love in this CD. Thanks guys for a great show!
