I love this CD. It's so much fun to just jam out to. Kuss Mich is my favorite In Extremo song.
A few years ago, I listened to Rammstein, and while it suits a certain mood, I love In Extremo because it's 'happier' than Rammstein.
It's definitely worth a listen, and has a high repeatability factor for me.
