Wednesday’s Indigo Girls/Brandi Carlile concert at Birmingham’s Alabama Theatre has been canceled because of a personal emergency, according to booking agency Red Mountain Entertainment.

The Indigo Girls won't make it to Nashville this week. The rock-folk duo has canceled the rest of their fall tour.

The Biennial Briner Lectureship of First Presbyterian Church will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, 321 W. South St., Kalamazoo.
