- Great Comp!!!

Mille Petrozza did an excellent job w/the selections of songs to make this compilation, I especially dig the 2 songs that were previously unreleased!!! nothing fancy here he took great songs from there past and remasterd them for better sound quality.

- 4.3 Good song selection

This is an odd compilation. Dont know why it was released but it is kind of cool. Kreator went through an experimental stage in the mid 90's. a few of these tracks are from that phase, but that is combined with some old 'Noise' stuff and a few tracks done live from the 'sony' phase, where they were (arguably) at their best. The "Live" subtitle next to the cd title on here is misleading. Not all the tracks are live. Primarily the 'sony' phase stuff because the label didnt own the original versions. Thats usually why bands do that. But this cd is by no means a 'live' cd per se.

I like the raw sound and how they tracks can go from a go-for-the-throat thrash style, to the more mezmerizing experimental sound (Like on "Renewal" and "Cause or Conflict"). They blend well.

Seems like this may have been just something they label threw out there at the time, but it is pretty cool. and for the prices here, its a steal.

This also has a few unreleased tracks which are decent (though not their best). If you like all sides of Kreator, this is really a good compilation.

- it..... STINKS

If you are a fan of Kreator or this genre of music don't waste your money on this one. Only (4) tracks worth listening to, and you probably have them on other records. WIMPY, LAME & BORING!
