There are only a few songs on the album and they don't have a distinctive feel that says "Newsboys" - Newsboys

The Newsboys have been around for a while now and are known for slick, clever lyrics and great tunes focusing on Christ and the Christian life.
HOWEVER, this collection of songs is just like every other bargain bin CD at the pharmacy this time of year. Old songs with nothing new.
Most of them have nothing to do with Christ or Christianity (Jingle Bell Rock?!).
If you love old, tired winter/Christmas songs, but want them sung by your favorite group, buy this album.

I love every song on this album! I am so glad Newsboys put out a Christmas effort!! I believe that 'The Christmas Song' was previously released on the Tait CD "Lose This Life", and I'm glad they included it on this EP. Very upbeat, fun, happy Christmas songs. Great job guys! Merry Christmas! |
