Disco de Ocean Colour Scene: “Live Acoustic: At the Jam House”

OCS does a brilliant job of revisiting old tunes and reworking them in an acoustic context. It is not an entirely acoustic set as Steve Cradock plugs in his electric guitar to provide some tasty solos and guitar lines to accompany the otherwise acoustic efforts of his mates. No song is played as a replica of the studio version, each is re-done splendidly. Sound quality is excellent. I have purchased a number of copies for friends who have never heard of OCS and all have loved the disc. A highly recommended recording by Britain's finest.
