- Originality and attitude with style
This pop quartet from Minas Gerais, Brazil has come a long way to finally reach a personal sound for their unique music. With a very well balanced mix of styles, Pato Fu comes strong as a serious pop band in a country most known for Samba and Bossa Nova. This album combines all the influence each individual member has brought in to form the Pato Fu sound. They will be appreciated by a variety of music style fans due to this uncompromising gathering of influences, so harmoniously put together. Pato Fu is an outstanding an inovative band that should be in every music lover's collection. The contrast of textured guitar riffs with the soft and melodic voice of vocalist Fernanda Takai creates a refreshing musical statement, making this album highly recommended.

- Best CD of Brazilian music I've bought in a while.
I've followed this group for a while and must say I love this CD. Fernanda Takai has a great voice and the songs are all well written and arranged. My two favourites are "Antes que seja tarde" and "Eu Sei" - the second being an excellent cover of a Renato Russo/Legiao Urbana song.
I listened to this CD in my car for weeks non-stop and recommend it highly!
