A trip down Memory Lane
This photo, submitted by Marco Pizzamiglio III, is of the late Emil Pizzamiglio’s band taken in March 1957. Marco says the band was started in 1950, and was later known as the Plaid Lads. They played all over the Illinois Valley until March of 2008. The band had several other members over the years including Billy Corpus, who was with the band for 47 of the band’s 58 years.
