- Amazing
I have searched for this CD for nearly 1 1/2 years, and I finallyu found it...This album is incredible, it kinda makes me wonder why this never made it ANY further than it went... same with thier other rare album called "Stuck".
If you find this album, you MUST get it; it is INCREDIBLY rare.
Good luck,

- BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. THE ALBUM ABOVE, AND THE REVIEWS ARE ABOUT A RARE STUDIO ALBUM. THE DISC THAT ONE SELLER IS TRYING TO SELL FOR $125 IS A LIVE BOOTLEG. THE LIVE BOOTLEG MIGHT BE WORTH $30 - $40. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE THIS INFORMATION TO THE SELLER AND IT IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED AND THE SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!

- Quality
Its a classic case of "Before they were famous" and with amature records like this then its no wonder they were spotted and brought into the mainstream. Puddle Of Mudd rock, make no mistakes about it, but are capable of a number of different styles within this genre. Songs like Nobody Told Me (Carried on to "Come Clean") and Prisoner emphasise their almost nu-metal edge, while Locket and Piss It All Away give a more sensitive and relaxed atmosphere to the album. Although lead singer Wes Scantlin is the only existing member of the band today, the progression from Abrasive to Come Clean is evident, and probably most notablly in the vocals of Wes himself. There is certainly a strong Kurt Cobain & Nirvana influence in this record, both Vocally and musically, but brought forward to suit the new age rock fan. If youre a grunge fan, get this album. If you have this, hold on to it.

- not bad but get "stuck"
Puddle of Mudd finally made it big... they may seem like a new band, but they have been around a while. I got a copy of "stuck", their first album about eight years ago. It quickly became a favorite. It was produced in Lawrence , Kansas. Huh?? It does rock though. Abrasive is decent but it is a let down if you hear stuck. Their first release from the new album the song "Control" sounds more like "stuck", then Abrasive. I don't know where to get "stuck" or if it is even available anymore, but if you can find a copy, jump on it.

- Puddle Of Mudd - "Brace your self"
Never hard of the band? Me neither until one day i found them on Naptser. I download as many tracks as i could being only 16 at the time and having parents who did not trust the Internet i was unable to buy a legal copy of Album, but here i am now. Having listened to the album several times over and only reciving the album this morning. BRILLIANT! I would advice anyone to buy it. Unless of corse you do not like Rock! In which case i wouldn't!
