- Definitely one of the greatest Radiohead singles

This single surpasses many of Radiohead's (and other artist's) singles. Not only is Paranoid Android an unforgettable alternative rock song, but the bsides are fantastic as well.

Polyethylene (Parts 1 And 2)--such a great track. this could have definitely been on OK computer. it begins with an acoustic, calm snippet (part 1). but then, it breaks into an all out rock song (part 2). the track has great, meaningful lyrics and such an incomparable tune. one of their very best bsides ever.

Pearly*--also a great bside. it has a different sound to it, like it could fit into OK computer in some ways, but not completely. it does have great repeat listenablity value and an addictive theme.

- The best single?

It was because of this song that I and many others got into Radiohead in the first place and it remains a pure, complicated gem. But it's not just Paranoid Android - Polyethylene could quite easily have made it onto Ok Computer and Pearly* rates as one of the better guiter-driven B-sides of recent years. Together they make a perfect monument to a great song.

- A great track from OKC, plus two magnificent new songs.

Apart from the wonderful title track culled from Radiohead's musical masterpiece "OK Computer," this single features two great songs previously unreleased: "Polyethylene" and "Pearly*." Don't let the askew time signature of "Polyethylene" distract you from its genius; it sounds reminescent of The Bends, only recorded OKC-style. "Pearly*" (and yes, that asterisk is part of the title) is another great song, often performed live on the tour in support of "OK Computer." Its mystic-sounding drum beat supports its surreal atmosphere. Pick up this disc if you're a Radiohead fan - these are two must-have songs!

- Radiohead can do no Wrong

At a time when solid music fans seem to have lost a voice in solid music, Radiohead steps in and keeps us complaining....for a little while. From a musical standpoint (what other one matters, right?) the UK lads remind that soft rock can still be highly engrossing. Radiohead creates music that makes you think, as opposed to just make you smash your head on a wall. This single serves up more of the O.K. Computer formulated tunes that any serious music junkie can appreciate. No passing music fads here, my friends!! Just good stuff we'll still be hearing in 10 years.
