Simply Red Album: “Cuba!”

Suberb sound. An example for DVD-music. Beautiful ambience. The music follows the typical Cuba sound so it does not follow the original sound tracks as recorded on his previous albums (like "live in London"). Therefore, it may be dissapointing, however I think it is refressing. Listen first on amazon.com to get the flavour of this album before you buy it. Compare it with "Simply red - live in London". Unfortunately the sound on this album is not that good and the camera-work is really bad but it contains a lot of good tracks.

This concert was technically awesome.

The sound and video were superb and very high quality.

Even if you are "lukewarm" about Simply Red, it is very worthwile to see, given the high quality production.

What can i say that hasn't done been said about simply red live in concert except that you need to buy it. Rondall Banks

This is my very first review and usually I only read them, but not this time, because this is the one of the greatest DVD's out there, no matter who you are, how old you are and what kind of music you listen to, just get it. It is full of positivism, kindness, beauty and great music of all the time. I like everything on this DVD, the concert, documentary about concert preparations with a lot of Havana views and bright colors, "Perfect Love" video and photo gallery, which is actually great art work. Buy this DVD and you will never regret.

I would put 6 stars if I could.
