I tried to get the chords correct, I think they're pretty close. I saw Larry Carlton play Josie live a couple of years ago, he pretty much played lead throgh the whole tune and let the keyboard player handle most of the chord work. Larry's instrumental version is on a CD called "On Solid Ground".
