Christchurch residents are being asked for their views on the proposed urban development of Christchurch's Upper Styx-Harewood area (Plan Change 71).

A generation ago, teenagers everywhere loved rock bands Styx and REO Speedwagon. It's 2012, we're still around getting old and gray, and both bands still performed spectacularly under a full moon Sunday before a capacity crowd at the Greek Theatre.
