Disco de Tangerine Dream: “Live in Aachen, Germany [Digipak]”

PLEASE NOTE; Half of this set is the second disc of the MONTREAL ,CANADA live disc in the same series! It is well known by T.D. fan-sites and has been talked about there.

Both sets are great,but you need to buy both this and the Montreal cd set and switch the #2 discs to get both shows complete. Now you know the secret!

NOW A REVIEW....

This is another of the "BootMoon" series of CD sets....it has fine sound ,but not perfect.It has loads of live versions of tunes you know ,if your a big fan of the group.(Exactly why it fares a bit less well in my rating.I like surprises ,and un-heard songs!)

I was lucky enough to order this and the Montreal set right off the bat,so I could share that bit of a warning above with unknowing buyers.

It seems that these were shows that are "hard-core" fan favorites that were not to be in the Bootleg Box sets .Now these limited releases make these concerts available to us average buyers to enjoy! But act fast,these are exremely limited in number.(They are "numbered",too.)

If you are a total fanatic for this T.D. Bootleg stuff,then you really need these things.(I am overjoyed with them!) I wouldn't recommend these to passing buyers(not for "starters"),but anyone with a whetted appetite from the Bootleg Boxes will find these very satisfying,I'm sure.

But,REALLY,note what I wrote above. This IS the truth...there was a "switch-up" on disc #2 in the two sets. Be FOREWARNED! Now ,buy and enjoy!!!!

This has become my favorite CD to listen to because the music flows together so well and has such catchy rhythms. I rank as the best TD with Force Majeure & Pergamon.
