The Corrs Album: “Best of the Corrs [Australia Bonus Track]”

The Best of the Corrs is One hour, eleven minutes and forty seconds and was released on November 5, 2001. The Best of the Corrs did not chart in the United States, but went gold or platinum in several European countries. This was the Corrs first compilation album. Included in this compilation album are songs from the group first three albums: Forgiven Not Forgotten, Talk on Corners, and In Blue. Only one new song, Would You Be Happier, was added to the CD. Only five of the songs from the CD charted in the United States. The genre is mainly a Celtic folk rock sound. I am giving The Best of the Corrs an AAAA++++.

I do like this CD, but I found the shorter version of Live in Dublin, to have many of the same songs in a better format. I really like this band, but you do get a lot of repeat songs on their CD's. I would recommend the Best Of...CD to anyone with little knowledge of the band. Good place to get started.
