- Great Finish!!

If this is truly CM's last album, it is a great finish to a phenominal career. This album is amazing! In my opinion it is their best effort to date; they didn't pull any strings or hold anything back on this project. My fav track is #10-Name Up but the whole joint is crazy. GO COP IT NOW!!!!! This is an album for Christian Hip Hop heads and even cats that are into the secular game. This album is for everyone.

- This album is fantastic

Dare I say their best so far?? I have been a fan for the last seven years or so and I'm so impressed with this album because it truly shows the progression of their talent as well as their sound. There are so many bangers on this (songs you can't help but jack up the bass on) that I'm tempted to go to skip right to them but it's worth listening to the lyrics on the other tracks as well. These guys are deep and always have been but with "History" they truly mesh excellence of production with the excellence of their message and delivery. I'm gonna get mushy for a sec - I love these guys and the last song on it, Last Cypha, makes me want to cry. Hearing all of these up and comers and successful Christian hiphoppers giving props to CM for "passing them the baton" blesses me so much because if it weren't for CM all we might have right now is Grits. Now we have Tedashi, Lecrae, R-Swift, Flame, Everyday Process and more. The list goes on and on! I highly recommend this if you are a fan of Cross Movement or hip hop. Check it out.

- Get this one

In the past, I may have been able to pick about 1 or 2 songs off of a Cross Movement CD that I really liked. This album is totally different. There are about six songs that are absolutely incredible. None of the songs are subpar. A great album from start to finish...and I totally mean that. The final song is like the finale and it does not disappoint at all. My favorites are "louder", "Clap Your Hands", "Get That", and "The Last Cypha." But as I said, all of the songs are good, so be sure to get this album.

- You can enjoy the music without having to tune out the words

If you like the music that's played on the mainstream hip hop radio stations, but you cannot allow yourself to tolerate the messages that ruin the sounds, you will enjoy this cd. These artists are even more talented (musically) than most of what I hear on the radio. (Talent wise I'd put them in the level of Kanye West).

However, the wonderful thing about this cd, is that if you pay attention to the words, they are words of genuine praise. And the messages are realistic and productive messages for people to hear. Basically, I'm not new to Christianity, but I am new to taking the time to find Christian messages in the style of music I enjoy. (Versus just listening to mainstream music for as long as I can ignore actually paying attention to what they say.)
