- The same old songs

This out of print CD dates back to the earliest days of digital technology. It was okay for it's time, but it has since been replaced by collections with better sound quality. It has a good selection of The Four Tops hits, with the surprising ommision of "7 Rooms of Gloom". If you can find a cheap used copy of this, it may be worth picking up. Here is the track listing:

1. Baby I Need Your Loving

- One of too many

I cannot penalize this disc for its repetitiveness, for if this were the only one you had, it would give you a lot of great musical moments. But while it is missing the double sided gem "Seven Rooms of Gloom/I'll Turn to Stone" and the Supremes conjoined "River Deep...", it is as fairly hit inclusive as a single disc can get. I already had the Ultimate Collection (Blue front) that with 25 cuts offers a better buy. Still what drew me to this collection was one of the 2 songs not appearing on the aforementioned. I sold my 45 collection a decade ago and find myself upon occasion missing one of the departed songs. I decided I wanted "Just Seven Numbers". I couldn't find it on a lot of their compillations and didn't want to buy the 2 disc "Anthology". After I copy and burn this and "MacArthur Park", I'll send it on its merry way, but that is only because the other 17 cuts appear on the other disc I have. Had this been my first, no chance I'd jettison it.
