Brandon Flowers Walks Off

The Killers cancelled a show mid-show in Colorado last night after Brandon Flowers split after the second song. I woulda freaked my shit completely. Not that the Killers are a band to get freaked out about but concert tickets are all expensive and stuff! Going to a concert is like drudgery nowadays, especially at an arena or whatever. And you sit through shitty opening bands and then this happens? I would have throw my weed and hidden nip bottles at the stage in protest! Kidding. I don't smoke weed and I use a flask. A doctor took the stage just before 10 p.m. and told the crowd that it would be a detriment to Brandon Flowers' voice if he sang Thursday night. Ronnie Vannucci, Jr., the band's drummer, told the audience they would come back to make it up to their fans. It is unclear when that make up concert would be scheduled for or how people can get a refund if they cannot attend. And sometimes "throat injury" = "complete mental breakdown" or "too stoned to play". We'll see how this pans out. Trust no one! (WENN)

Juliette Lewis Is So Hot She Should Live On The Sun, Thinks Brad Pitt Has A Small Penis

There is something irresistable about this one. She's a no-apologies free spirit, and she's taking the celebrity-fronted rock band to new heights with Juliette Lewis & The Licks. Ok, their music is TERRIBLE, but in concert Juliette rocks unitards and does back bridges and shrieks and flips her sweaty tendrils around. And the world remains captivated. Though, what's not so hot is that she's hearkening back to when she was young and fresh and new on the scene and in Brad Pitt's underarea and talking about it after all this time. Since those days, Brad has become...well Brad Pitt. And Jules briefly sucked Robert DeNiro's thumb in "Cape Fear", played Mallory in "Natural Born Killers" and then sorta just kinda popped up here and there. Juliette took the opportunity recently to reveal to an audience in Seattle that Brad's chain doesn't exactly swing low. When a guy at the bar asked her what Brad was like "in the sack", Juliette replied "he was no... BIG deal, if ya know what I mean!" When the guy replied back that "you mean he was the Pitts?" (uh, hah?), Juliette laughed so hard that she knocked people's drinks over and paid for another round. It's kinda hot that she was once on the way to superstar and now communing with the regular folks up in the barroom. And if she keeps taking ferocious pics like this one, she's going to be be a cult classic hero when she kicks.
