Disco de The Rolling Stones: “Rewind (1971-1984)”

I believe this was my first Stones disc, and I cherished it for quite a while, especially when I found out it was out of print. It's all songs you know by heart, but that's why I like it I suppose. When "Forty Licks" was released, this collection really became pointless. However, I still keep it because it has "Waiting On A Friend", and "Forty Licks" does not for some reason. I agree with another who said this should have "She's So Cold". I hear that song on radio more than any other, and it doesn't seem to be anywhere besides the "Emotional Rescue" album. Hmmmm. Anyway, This is a good disc, and together with "Hot Rocks" it could keep you from having to get anything else. It's cheap used.

What can I say? Classic Stones tunes on a CD unavailable on itunes. The CD arrived in perfect shape in shrink wrap. Minor issue with a broken case hinge but the disc is pristine. Great old tunes at a fair price. Perfect to add to the archives!

If your a fan of the rolling stones looking for the most hits on one compilation I would advise getting 40 licks and then downloading your favorites it misses because there is no stones compilation that does a better job overall(note theres a few tracks on disc 2 that are edited it didnt bother me much cept beast of burden i bought the full version as an mp3). Or...

If you were only a fan of the stones 60s music check out Rolled Gold: The Very Best of The Rolling Stones 2007 Edition on Cd. The Stones released alot of singles in the 60s but this does cover alot of them if you get the right edition. It still dont cover the 70s stuff and 40 Licks first 20 tracks are all from the 60s.

THIS CD Is a good listen and i was told it has full versions of all songs if you already have Hot Rocks 1964-1971 this has some songs you will most likely. I personally like the new songs only on Forty Licks and like the 60s songs not present on these 2 compilations but some fans may find this to be the more appealing option for the lack of annoying edits.

This band has over 100 singles making it impossible to make a "perfect" compilation. If you read this and decided you know what im going to buy all their studio albums and save myself the headache there is no way ill miss hits then WRONG they released several songs only as singles and or on compilations just so you know

Everyone knows this stuff and if you already had the cds than this is really pointless
