Apple briefly censors word 'jailbreak' on iTunes Store
For a brief time on Thursday Apple was censoring appearances of the word "jailbreak" on the iTunes Store, reports note. One example included the Thin Lizzy album and song of the same name, which were suddenly renamed "J*******k." Other instances of the word, though, are said to have remained unaffected. Rocker Gary Moore Dead At 58
Belfast-born rock guitarist Gary Moore has died while on vacation in Spain, his manager said. He was 58. The BBC confirmed Sunday the Thin Lizzy musician's death. The cause, however, was not disclosed.

Writing that goes down to the Wire
‘LET ME ASK you a question,” George Pelecanos says as our interview comes to an end. “Are you a Thin Lizzy fan?” Given my Dublin connection, he has been itching to ask it all along. “I just think it’s an amazing story,” he says. “I get chills when I think that there’s a statue of Phil Lynott on a street in Dublin, that people leave flowers by the statue. I love stuff like that.”
