Screenings of Irish games at Euro 2012 to be incorporated into Live at the Marquee
Live coverage of the Irish games at the European Championships will be a feature of this year’s Live at the Marquee in Cork. Acts scheduled to perform from June 7th to 6th include Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Jessie J, Imelda May, Olly Murs, Christy Moore and comedian Dara O Briain.

Regina Spektor: Artful pianist with a quirky touch
A classically trained pianist who writes songs that are sometimes playfully quirky and sometimes complexly arty, Regina Spektor has a habit of going on the road to open for rock-and-roll dudes. In 2003, she opened for the Strokes on her first tour, which included a stop at the Tower Theatre, where she will headline Saturday. She just wrapped up a stint opening for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
