Exclusive! Alkaline Trio announce intimate London show

We can exclusively reveal that our favourite goth punks, Alkaline Trio, will play a very special, intimate London headline show later this month. The band will hit London’s Underworld on January 25 in support of their awesome new album, This Addiction. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (January 8) from Hassle Records’ webstore and will come bundled with an exclusive, limited edition This Addiction 7" single. Shinedown venue upgraded

Due to overwhelming demand, squillion selling US rockers Shinedown have had their London show on January 21 upgraded from The Underworld to the Islington Academy. The band will also play the following venues: January 21 London, Islington Academy 22 Birmingham, Barfly 23 Glasgow, King Tut's 25 Manchester, Academy The band will release their new single, The Sound Of Madness, digitally on February 16 and physically on February 23. Polar Bear Club announce new album and UK dates

Former Kerrang! Introducing stars Polar Bear Club have announced that they are working on a new release, and will be back in the UK this May/June for some headline shows. The band will be entering the studio next month with producer Matt Bayles (Norma Jean, Isis, Mastodon) to record their first effort for Bridge Nine Records. Cancer Bats headline UK tour!

Cancer Bats have announced a series of UK and Ireland dates for April and May this year, with support coming from SSS and The Plight. The band were due to support In Flames for a series of shows, but the Swedish headliners cancelled the dates earlier this month. "When we found out that the In Flames dates were cancelled, we were hella bummed but there was no way we were going to pass up touring in the UK," says vocalist Liam Cormier. "So we hit the ground running and put together a serious banger of a headline tour instead!
