Unheilig Album: “Puppenspiel”

As a long time listener to Rammstein and a newer listener to Eisbrecher, Megaherz, Stahlhammer, and Hanzel Und Gretyl I am not fluent in German but I have found Puppenspiel to be great music to listen to. I enjoy the variation of tracks, some are slower and seem to be a bit more touching and others have a faster beat that pulls you in and mesmerizes you. I love the music and Der Graf has a powerful voice that I find adds much to the music. A definite recommendation to anyone who enjoys a wide taste of music, Puppenspiel offers a very different flavor from Eisbrecher or Rammstein and I'm very pleased that I've found this album, it's one of my favorites.

This album is great, and my favorite Unheilig song "Feuerengel" is on it! I also really enjoy Puppenspieler, Lampenfieber, and of course Spiegelbild. Overall it isn't as amazing as Grosse Freiheit, but what is? Anyone who likes German rock, or good music in general, needs to own Unheilig CDs!

Unheilig is like an easy listening version of Rammstein. Puppenspiel is not as moody as for example "Das 2 Gebot" and also more upbeat. This album is well worth purchasing, excellent value.
