- Melodious, well produced, and excellent vocals
At least half of the tracks on this album were major hits in this part of the world. These are all catchy tunes, with good production, and excellent mature female vocals. The music is probably described as pop, but it does have a Spanish edge on many songs, and perhaps adult conteporary may be a better description. Don't try to extract deep meaning from the lyrics though - they are simple, but not necessarily corny. "What's a Woman?" is the track that makes the album for me - a sad tune with exceptionally good lyrics about the support that a man and a woman need from each other. Although this album may well appeal to the younger audience too, I would rather recommend it to the more mature listener. This is a great CD, go and get it.

- Very Good
It's always amazing to me when I find out about a new performer and they turn out to be awesome, and you hardly ever hear their music on the radio. I discovered Govi, and Jesse Cook both by accident and I love their music, well the same thing happend with this CD. It's excellent.

- Much better than sprouts...
I'vce heard the scurrilous lie that says the only things of any interest about Belgium are the ubiquitous Brussel Sprout, the site of the Battle of Waterloo, and Audrey Hepburn.
Well - let's add Vaya Con Dios to that list, folks. I've been a fan for some time, and just got my copy of the "Greatest Hits' CD in. I've listened to it twice, and it's spinning for the third time. I've owned it three hours.
It's great. Much better than Brussel Sprouts. Buy anything by Vaya Con Dios, and you will make yourself extraordinarily happy. These people deserve fame and fortune... get in and help give it to them.

- funky,sexy but yet nostalgic
this album pulls you by your heartstrings to a world of smoky filled cafes. The sound of her voice alienates you from the sounds of mundane life and for that very instant you are wherever and whatever you want to be.A sound that everyone should have.

- Incredible trip through jazz and blues alike
I am a long fan of this group, they really know their stuff. Blues and jazz mixed together give you incredible experience and VAYA is the master in that. I recommend for people who like blues and jazz, but also sofisticated pop.
