WOW! Simply awesome CD release by Cock Robin titled "Best Ballads!". This CD has the classics "When Your Heart Is Weak", "The Biggest FooL Of All" & "The Promise You Made". But this CD has much, much, much more gem songs. The band's sound is tight & vocals stunning, with no real weak songs to really talk of.OK songs are "El Norte", "Worlds Apart" & "Win Or Lose". This leaves 12 gems out of 15 : an incredible feat for a band with a short career (three albums), indicating the excellence of this band! The insert has a short history of the band : founded in 1982 & disbanded in 1990 after releasing only three but stunning albums "Cock Robin", "After Here Through Midland" & "First Love, Last Rites". A pity no lyrics are included.If you like Cock Robin's music, you'll be blown away by this CD "Best Ballads" by Cock Robin, a highly recommended listening! Well deserved 5 stars, incredible CD.
