- Beats, beats and beats (pick your speeds)
It is shocking that this album hasn't been released in the states. This album stands out among the crowd of limp, tired albums. The songs on Detunized Gravity a part trip-hop, part drum and bass, part soul and all good. The highlight is the slow burn of "No Jive" that mixes smoky vocals with a crisp cut and paste jazz beat. The album isn't 100% solid ("Lullaby drifts into Deep Forest territory at times) but between the punchy beats of "Lovechild" and the spaced out keyboards of "Free Drift" this is one hell of an album. One can only hope it will get released in the states with some bonus tracks when some record company comes to their senses.

- De-Phazz is like white gold that is hard to find
I simply do not understand why it is so hard to find albums by De-Phazz. They do have two fantastic albums out there and it seems that their label; Mole is not doing a good job by hiding this stuff. De-Phazz is part of their "Listening Pearls" series. I do highly recomend it - and this album is simply a masterpeace!

- Simply great music
Having seen the "no jive" video , I've been searching for their albums for months and finally found the "detunised gravity" one just a few days ago. The music combines jazz,d&b,some trip hop and a whole lot of other music styles but unlike so many bad attempts that just mix a lot of stuff together , they create a completely unique experience that just flows trough your mind but again, it's not mellow and repetitive stuff that just puts you to sleep .The music "lights you up" in a very new vay - very familiar and original at the same time making you move to the vibes . If only their label did a better job because these guys really deserve to go world wide . True musicians all the way . I fully recomend this not only to people who are into house,d&b etc. but also to everyone who likes good music .

- one of my go-to albums
Whether you've got people hanging out in your living room or you're listening to your ipod in the park, this album will do the trick. It's got just the right blend of digital tweaks and analog warmth. I have so much electronic music, but there are few albums I listen to over and over again. This one, along with Death by Chocolate (also by De Phazz) still make the cut.
