- Vengeful, Violent, DRY KILL LOGIC Mother Fu**ers!!!

This cd is very good. The singer sounds alot better than on their last release. The intensity level is turned up a little too. There are some ballad stuff on here, but it doesn't slow the album down much at all. The slower stuff is actually quite good. The music is fast, loud, and in your face. The band is very talented and it shows on this recording. I can't say there is a weak song on the whole cd, it is that strong my friends. My favorite track on here is 'BONEYARD', it is brutal and intense. If you like any of their other stuff, pick this up and support this great band. This is their best cd of their career, I don't care what anyone says cuz the music speaks for itself. This is a damn good metal album!

This release, although not entirely worthless, lacks the originality and charm that the two previous releases had. Their first release was angry, melodic and dreadfully heavy in the Nu-Metal genre...but it had an original meaty take on a dying genre of music. The second album, "Dead and Dreaming" was Dry Kill Logic with more focus and crunchier, more solid songs than ever!

"Of Vengance and Violence," the third release from this incredible band left me wanting more. The guys seem to have been listening to a lot of "Unearth" and "Thrice" before the release of this album. It almost seems as though they are shamelessly jumping on the Metalcore band wagon.

Dry Kill Logic..please don't do what Machinehead did! Bring back original music!

Critics talk about (New Metal, Old Metal, Traditional Metal). Wake-up and smell the RUST. Metal is metal people and a band like DRY KILL LOGIC has put a hole in mu head filled with heavy, kick ass riffs and a voice that makes it all perfect. Looking forward to the next album big time...

- "Dry Kill" is Killer

Wow, great CD. These guys have a great "not over produced" sound, they have a little sound of all the bands I like: Slipknot, Nothingface, American Head Charge, Mudvayne, maybe a little Killswitch, That "Metalcore/Alternative Metal" sound. Not to say they don't have their own sound, they do, and it's great. The last CD was good too, Check it out , it won't dissapoint!

- This is how you do it...

How does a band that came out strong in the shadows of bands like Slipknot and Mudvayne break through to keep their careers? They get better and better and slide into a completely different genre. Let me tell you, I have always loved this band, but I was never really impressed by their writing abilities other than the fact that they could write something catchy and their overall sound was great, but they never impressed me as musicians. I have to say, when I picked up this disc, I was expecting the same and probably knowing then that this would definitely be the last nail in the coffin for these guys. Wow, did they have me fooled! They slid right into more of the metalcore genre this time around and showed everyone that they actually have a lot of musical talent! So, I don't know if they got lessons or if they were just like, "Finally, we don't have to dumb it down anymore!" But yes, this album blew me away from start to finish. If you are expecting the same old DKL from the days of The Darker Side of Nonsense, you aren't going to get that. But if you like some of the newer sound of bands like say Killswitch Engage, or even some of the less mainstream bands like August Burns Red or something, this is definitely right up your alley. ENJOY!
