Earth, Wind & Fire Album: “Elements of Love: Ballads”

this Group is so great that you have this Beautiful collection of SLow-Jams.that's not Mentioning the Funk Grooves,The Jazz Influenced Early albums,The Brazilian Vibe,Pop Textures and Gospel.Pre-Hip-Hop of say Lets Groove.this Band can Play it all.but these Slow-Jams showcase The Genius Mind of Maurice WHite&Crew.PHILLIP BAILEY still has a voice not of this World.Nobody can hit the Notes Like PHILLIP BAILEY.Loves HOLIDAY is my Jam as is REASONS.Classic Stuff from this Fantastic Group.

I was growing up at the time these ballads were originally released and hearing them again brings back everything that was good about that time. The love and richness came across on those recordings can never be erased. Man, Thanks for the memories.

If your bored at home and wanna listen to music Earth, Wind & Fire Ballads is the way to go this collection is very relaxing even your friends will enjoy this, new fan or old fan this is entertainment which should bring back memories for sure but me personally i love phillip Bailey's voice it sounds identical to Eddie Kendricks both are falsetto so that would explain it but some of my favorites are "I'll Write a song for you" (very beautiful vocals by my boy Phillip Bailey) "Reasons" here we get the 8 minute version which in my opinion is better than the recorded honestly another song in which Mr. Bailey shows off his vocal ability, this my friends is a fan favorite til this day "Devotion" i know some people say this sounds like choosy lover by The Isley Brothers which is kinda funny Lol "Spirit" this song was dedicated to a close friend of the band that passed you can hear the pain in this song which is why i love it. There are many great songs on this compilation dont miss out on classic music folks we can never get these times back so enjoy them while you can.

For when you want to do a slow burn with the element.

I went for it.

Overall, you know what to expect from an EWF compilation. Overall, this is good and contains all the songs you would expect and a few that I had totally forgotten. If you already own the Greatest Hits CD you have most of the songs you are probably wanting to hear, but if you want to amass the definitive collection of EWF this is a good purchase.
