The album includes some of their best known hits from the 60s and 70s. I looked at all the "best of" collections by Gladys Knight & The Pips and found this album had almost all the songs I wanted including "Midnight Train to Georgia" and "The Way We Were". I recommend getting this album along with the "Ultimate Collection" to get a pretty complete line-up of their hits from the period.
Gladys Knight is at the top of my all time favorite female vocalists ever. Huge, Huge fan and love her soulful Singing. the Pips had the chops to back her up and sound so soulful. Midnight train to Georgia and all of the other great songs on her are timeless and hold up so strongly. fantastic songs and a great collection.
