 Descripción (en inglés) :
This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files.
<p>With 2008's WE NEED EACH OTHER, its fourth album for Sparrow Records, the lauded Christian alternative-rock ensemble Sanctus Real furthers its reputation with another set of engaging guitar-driven songs. Led by charismatic vocalist/guitarist Matt Hammitt, the Ohio-based group excels at soaring anthems, as best revealed on the emotive title track and the inspirational "Whatever You're Doing (Something Heavenly)."

- Not my favorite Sanctus Real album...
I absolutely love Sanctus Real, but when I got their new cd, "We Need Each Other", I was extremely dissapointed. The songs were much lighter and softer, and the lyrics seemed forced and not as deep as their previous albums. I've always loved the bold, clean, catchy guitar riffs of Sanctus Real - you know, the kind that make you want to bang your head and play your air guitar; however, I found none of this in their latest album. It's not bad music, just not the Sanctus Real I've come to know and love. I guess I'll just stick with their older albums and hope Sanctus Real returns to their roots with the next album. - Santus Real
This is a great CD. I appreciated the timely delivery and condition of the product! - Simply...AWESOME
I purchased this CD because of the song Whatever You're Doing (Something Heavenly) - Track # 4. That song has really helped me get through a heart wrenching valley in my life.
I thank God for bringing this group I had never heard of before into my life. This CD has turned out to be so much more than that 1 track. I recommend it highly and have decided to purchase multiple copies for Christmas gifts this year. I hope this review helps!

- Great followup to Face of Love
This band may appear to some to sound more like aerosmith or air supply meets christian music. Well, maybe only to me. The nice 80's and 90's sound is a nice throwback to there modern sound as well. This album has plenty for everyone. Whatever You're Doing is by far the best track on this album. We Need Each Other is probably a close second. The other songs sound interesting but haven't quite caught me yet as of the all time favs of the face of love, which has to be their best songs in my opinion. Its a nice step forward for this band. Sanctus real will turn some off but I'm open minded and like their music. 0 personas de un total de 1 encontraron útil la siguiente opinión:
- Sanctus Real ~ We need each other
A very great cd. Third album, smashing hits. They have come a long way in a few short years. I love Turn on the lights, We need each other, Whatever you're doing, sing, Leap of faith, Lay down my guns, Legacy... All the songs are valuable, plus another great feature; if you purchase the physical album, you have access to two other great songs, Hero and We need each other (acoustic), via download. Great music, great buy. |
