The Cranberries Album: “Icon”

Seems every record label has come up with their own series of "best ofs" through the years. Essential...Gold...Icon, etc. Gotta sell some cd's! Anyway, this is the third Cranberries collection I'm aware of, and the least of the three. The official collection "Stars" is a great 20 track disc with a good booklet. There's the 2-disc Gold collection for those that need about half the Cranberries output in one nice package. This is kinda a budget hits disc. Only 12 songs, only the biggest hits. Maybe that's all a few people want, but I doubt it. I find some of their lesser known hits I like even more. The songs here are 4 star, but the collection 2 star. By the way, their original albums are pennies used at this point.

I only knew about 4 songs on the disc which is my reason for purchasing, the other songs have potential, but the price was good, so can't complain.

This is a great cd and a wonderful addition to my music collection. The service was wonderful I thank you very much.
